Utilization of the Native American Talking Circle to teach incident command system to tribal community health representatives

A culturally adapted Native American Talking Circle was implemented to teach the FEMA Incident Command System to Tribal Community Health Representatives. Storytelling and role-based scenarios improved understanding of ICS roles, with participants preferring this approach over standard online training.
