Evaluating the Effectiveness of BREATHE for Nurse Practitioners During COVID Pandemic

The BREATHE program was a stress management intervention to reduce burnout among nurse practitioners in skilled nursing facilities during COVID-19. Participants reported reduced emotional exhaustion and depersonalization one month post-program. The approach may improve both staff well-being and patient care.
